The HSE’s information technology system is relying on tens of thousands of out-of-date computers because a plan to replace them hasn't succeeded, RTÉ News has learned. The out-of-date computers, which run on Windows 7, need special security support and that has cost the taxpayer over a million euro this year. Cian McCormack reports.
