Last week, a Delhi court convicted Kuldeep Sengar and seven others of guilty killing. Amounting to murder in link with the father's death in legal custody.

The court said the proof proved beyond sensible doubt that the accused conspired to impose a false case on Kuldeep Sengar by planting a country-made gun and four cartridges.

It said the accused didn't want to kill him but beat him "in a brutal way that led to his death of the man".

The judge said it was common sense that when the police hit, "they hit in a brutal way", and that doctors at the area hospital were "careless" and "acted like butchers".
