Farming is so much more than mere food production. It affects everything around us: the air we breathe, the water we drink, the planet we live on. So it is crucial to know just how farming affects all these things, and wether organic farming really has advantages over conventional farming.
To find out, I looked into a recent study published by the well-known German Thünen Institut, and combined these insights & figures with my personal experiences of farming.
