a) During RCT (same day ) – over-instrumentation, due to pdl damage
b) After 2 days – secondary apical periodontitis**
c) After RCT (1 week or 1 yr also) – secondary apical periodontitis
- Should do re-RCT
- But wait 1 month, because patient with stress will have bacteriemia more.
- Give antibiotics till then
