I wanted to discuss one of my biggest flaws and that is my inability to network effectively. For the most part I keep to myself and don't want to be bothered with talking to people, making connections and building out my network. I have to understand the value of having that diverse network and continue to build with what I have and expand it further for the betterment of my business. A larger network means you will cast a wider net to potential clients. It's as simple as that, you need to get in front of as many people as possible, networking should also be a piece of your daily routine.
