It is hard to maintain your focus on what is truly important, when you are being taunted and tested and scoffed at and tempted and trolled, by an adversary.  It’s hard to persevere through hardship, when there’s this voice reminding you how it easy it is to cash out, if you’ll just abandon your principles.
