In this episode Noor speaks with comedian Marito Lopez.  Marito talks about his difficulties with alcoholism early in his comedy career.  He talks about dealing with resentment and jealousy and how it fueled his addiction.  Marito shares how meditation saved his life and other ways he dealt with his alcoholism. 

They also talk about Gabor Mate’s book “In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts” which shows a different way to look at addiction and addicts.
