This requires certain qualities. Leadership is in daily routine of an individual. So everyone can learn to lead and these opportunities are sought in the daily routine. Hence to make leadership effective, daily dose of remarkable characteristics should be inculcated at whatever role one is assigned.
Creative people make the world better as they seek to find solutions to old problems.This requires building team around you who are more creative and seek many new solutions. Creative people not only fail but fail better each time as they try to ship ideas in order to succeed.
Importance of building a Great Team because the size of one's dream depends on the quality of the team..
A leader adds value to the organization by equipping his teammates to reach their full potential by enlarging them. Enlarging others pertains to equipping people such that they attain their next level, feel cherished and valued.
In order to develop Potential leaders, one must take time to build relationships and set goals that must be clear, written, measurable and value-oriented in order to achieve success.The equipping process asks for a lot of time and effort from the equipping leader but the returns of this process is priceless as it is rightly said that There can be no success without a successor.
This type of thinking helps to maximize one's potential by rendering appropriate solution to problems ie it is this thinking that helps a person to put a square peg in a square hole and a round peg in a round hole.
A great leader develops and equips others for leadership as together everyone achieves more. Thus it's rightly said that the best way to go along is to get along.
It is the close cohesion within the team mates and their unconditional support which makes the team win championships. Personal life and family life too works on the same principle. Thus it's rightly said that “One is too small a number to achieve greatness".
A leader not only needs to be confident, possess a positive attitude, great communication skills, ability to influence positively but should also be able to infuse and ingrain these skills in his people ,thus elevating the organization to the next level.
In order to surpass the benchmark set by us, we need to lead others to victory. This can be achieved by taking small steps and then building on it. Hence it's rightly said " Celebrate what you accomplish but raise the bar each time you succeed".
These are the people that accomplish results in spite of facing tough challenges. Thus it is rightly said that It is not the team with best players that win, rather it's the players with the best team that wins.
In order to succeed one must earn respect at all times and should be willing to sacrifice personal goals in favor of team goals.
Determination as a crucial component for achieving success. Tenacity fosters giving your 100% . Tenacity is thus the capacity to hang on , when letting go appears most attractive.
Competent people take care to grow ,learn and evolve continually ,thus creating new mileposts in the process. Therefore it's rightly said that '"The future belongs to the Competent".
Choice of a great Character over any other value since adversity does not build a character, rather it reveals it. Honourable men are defined by the character they maintain. Hence it's rightly said- Worry about your character and not your reputation because character is who you are and reputation is what others think you are.

Emotions - One must intelligently comprehend the timings of emotional display as there exists a very thin line of demarcation between display and delay of emotions taking care that no emotion to be used for personal gains.
