SELF-HYPNOSIS - HOW TO

Hypnosis has been used in the clinical setting for quite some time. Recently, it has become more transparent that there are no people who cannot benefit from it.

It is more about finding a technique, which resonates with your belief system. Hence, the question is not about whether it works for you, but which approach is best compatible with you.

Self-hypnosis can be a powerful tool in the process of becoming more of who you are. From our perspective, we are interested to highlight various approaches and techniques, in order to remove limitations, which you have accepted about yourself.

Self-hypnosis is hypnosis self-administered. It requires some basic skills, which you already have, as well as some practice. The latter depends on your motivation and your expectations, which will crystallise the final outcome according to your definitions.

Also, we would like to introduce the concept of habit. Many people seem to understand the idea of habit, as something that repetitively 'makes you do' something that you do not want.

It is an outdated definition, because there is nothing that you do that you do not prefer. If habit represents an unconscious behaviour it is not a habit anymore, when you become aware of it.
