Legalism is one of the most dangerous application of doctrine in the church today. The idea shows how Jesus’ sacrifice was not enough to save you, so you must wear certain clothes, not wear make-up and follow all these religious mandates so we can be “holy” and “acceptable” to Him. I was born-again in one of these legalistic churches. Not knowing the truth of grace, it damaged my relationship with Jesus in the first few years of Christianity. In this message, I’m going to share how the Lord delivered me and exposed this lie from the devil.
