Today, I had the good for­tune to speak with Travis Crown, a pro­lif­ic musi­cian as well as advo­cate for home­less­ness faced by queer and trans youth. I want to encour­age you to check out all of Travis’ music- not just because he has a phe­nom­e­nal sound, but also because of the ground­ed and gen­uine per­son that shines through in his sound. As some­one who is still in his twen­ties, Travis has expe­ri­enced a lot more in his life than most, includ­ing expe­ri­ences that may sur­prise his audi­ence. He’s a con­fi­dent, col­or­ful fash­ion icon and also works in his com­mu­ni­ty with the youth who share his expe­ri­ences. He’s a suc­cess­ful musi­cian who you can see in the com­ments chat­ting with fans on his videos. He takes his cat on hikes.
