Prof. Mehari returns to recite and read aloud for us his interpretation into Amharic of Holy Augustine’s interpretation of the Prayer of Religion (the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed). This is a prayer assembled by Christian leaders in the first few centuries of Christianity, at two convened councils in the Greek-speaking cities of Nicea and Constantinople (Present-day Iznik and Istanbul in the Turkish nation-state).
