On today’s episode we welcome Gary Stockdale from Southern California. Gary is a kinesiologist and movement and aquatics coach with over 15 years of experience working to improve and optimise the bodily dynamics of his clientele. Gary and I have had many conversations over the last couple of years from all things movement to self discovery and anything in between. He brings a deep thoughtful approach to the movement world and pays particular attention to the seeking of symmetry and balance both inside the movement world and just outside of it. Gary is an expert in gait and aquatic development and it was an honor to have him share is vast knowledge on the show today
