Almost dying from a near drug-overdose, Hector shares how he recognized addictive behaviors and overcame them. He also address the existential crisis that so many people are experiencing in this generation. He shares his thoughts on anxiety and depression, and gives hope to  to those who are struggling to stay alive each day due to their mental demons.

Hector has a heart for helping others who are struggling with what he faced in his younger years, and he is happy to talk to anyone who wants to reach out to him.
