Here's a question I get a lot!

So what's the difference between creativity and innovation andwhich one's better?

Well, it's a tough question, but really simply put, creativity is like the spark that creates the fire. For you to cook up someamazing things. Now, reality is we need to have creative ideas. That is when weare curious, when we explore, when we dare to question, when we dare to combinethings we've never combined before.

It's a mental playground in many ways. Now if we compare thatto innovation, which is around actually getting a little bit more serious andlooking at practical ways that we can actually turn that idea, the creativespark into something tangible that fuels or fires a furnace day after day afterday, we need the spark, but we also need the furnace.

In order to create the results or the products that we want tocreate a tangible return. So for me, none is better than each other. We needboth of them in order to create great commercial returns. I hope that's been avalue to you.
