Here we are, it is the middle of the day. Let us briefly look back at the negative things that may have happened in the earlier part of the day. Let us rejoice at the good things that happened in the earlier part of the day, and in both cases let us be thankful, for God was with us.

Now, let us move on, to the rest of the day. Trusting that the Sacred Heart of Jesus will guide us and protect us as we move on. For what the rest of the day holds is not know to us, but to God it has been known forever.

So we can choose to worry, which solves nothing, or we can choose to trust God which builds us up and brings us closer to Christ.
