Heather's plan for an "easy" cabbage roll recipe took a couple of wrong turns and then a nose dive - first with Gina's admission that she can't easily digest cabbage (uh-oh, queue a substitution and hope for the best), and then when the recipe itself actually wasn't "easy" as advertised (Heather remembers too late that she should read ahead and think it through). Oh, and then the final result didn't pass with flying colours, either. Add into this a few picky family members and audio issues recording long-distance. sigh

But, as usual, we still manage to have fun and in the end, we have a good cabbage roll casserole slow cooker recipe for you! Diane shared this one with us, and it is honestly easy and sure to please (as long as you like cabbage!).
