In my tenth episode of season two, I am joined by my pal Susan Scharpegge to overthink about self sabotage.
We dive into:
• When your saboteur shows up and what "comfort" it's feeding in you
• Owning your part in your own story
• What it looks like to play the victim
Susan Scharpegge is a ‘Jill’ of many trades and a master of none. She considers herself a ‘work-in-progress’ and a life-long-student.
Susan is passionate about helping people work through their stories to discover purpose and fulfill their greatest potential. She is certified as an Executive Coach by Royal Roads University and a member of the International Coach Federation. An accomplished business leader with 20 years of general management experience, Susan has dedicated her career to coaching, mentoring and empowering people to achieve remarkable results. As a yoga teacher, Susan guides her students to manifest their best life on and off the mat!
Susan's company, Anchor to Arise Leadership Development, is grounded in a leadership model that embraces conscious living and a desire to “know thyself-first.” She is a proud mom to two of her greatest teachers, Alyson and Matthew. Susan enjoys walking, cycling and hiking with her partner Pierre. She loves to cook, create art and gets super stoked with a great thrift find!
