The Greg and Dan Show welcomes Illinois State Climatologist Dr. Trent Ford about how the sudden large-volume storm water and drought impacts rural and urban residents, wildlife and city public works budgets.  

Dr. Ford discusses his work with the Illinois Water Survey that covers weather data collection, research, and public outreach.

The Friends of Rocky Glen, Heart of Illinois Sierra Club, Peoria Audubon Society and Illinois Central College Student Association for the Environment (SAFE) present Central Illinois Weather: Past, Present & Future with Illinois State Climatologist Dr. Trent Ford on Thursday, February 2nd from 6 – 7 PM at Arbor Hall Room 111 on ICC’s North Campus. This event is free and open to the public.
