A deep discussion on why and how it is never too late for us to reinvent aspects of ourselves and our lives.

Even if we are profoundly unhappy in our current condition or feel that an aspect of our routine has become stagnant, we may feel too paralysingly stuck to make a change. This may be because of external time and age expectations, or because we are used to living in the limited circumference of our comfort zone. Whatever the reason is, all are rooted in the prospect of change.

Whether the thing you long to change is as substantial as moving country, putting an end to an unhealthy habit, or leaving your job, or, as slight as changing your hairstyle, on the other side of change is an unfamiliar territory. And, as creatures of habit, we therefore often resist change to instead reside in predictability and stability. This podcast discusses when to recognise when previous strategies, people, or anything that you habitually engage with, no longer serves the current you. And then, why and how it can be necessary for us to reach beyond our commitment with rigidity to live a more flexible, colourful life.

After months of my podcast absence, I am back to share my experiences, observations, perceptions, and ideas, in hope to shed some light on the collective indifference that we feel as humans: our navigation through life. I will be discussing a variance of topics that will link into the central idea of the continuity between the navigation of life’s moments- the good ones, and the less good ones. Some episodes may seem incongruous or unrelated. But that is exactly what the human experience is- incongruous and unrelated. And I want to infuse this into every word that I speak.

I will be a friend of support by helping you make sense of yourself, our world, and this crazy thing which joins the two- life.

I look forward to having you with me,

Amber
