Tom's BBQ Brisket

This is my mom's recipe. It's what I grew up with and I still crave this at times. Must be another comfort food! This recipe is a simple oven-baked BBQ brisket and is designed for people just starting out with cooking these types of meats. It's very easy, super moist, and very tasty!
