The oak tree has long been seen as a symbol of strength and endurance. Through Christ, we can and will prevail if we hold firm to Him and draw nourishment from Him. Not only that, the Gospel itself endures when it is passed from one generation to the next so that God will have His witnesses throughout every generation.
