If you have a heart to lead, then you must lead with LOVE. In the chapter, Love God’s People, we will discuss how ministry can bring people together and how sometimes we will draw on the Lord to love even in difficult situations.
Humility is a major building block of a good leader. This week, we will explore the chapter Never Accept Glory. Serving others means you will seriously give of yourself. Listen in this week.
Gossip is hurtful, always hurtful. This chapter explores how to lead and protect our sisters in Christ.
Do you ever find yourself making excuses or defending your actions? It’s human. We all have weak areas, and we also have people watching us. Listen into why we don’t need to defend ourselves.
Struggling with confidence can cause us to take credit for what Jesus does through us. Gail Mays’ chapter places things in their proper order. We don’t own anything, not even God’s people.
“Keep the Right Perspective on Trials and Pain.” This chapter may cause us to look deeper at the difficult times in our lives. God uses everything, even when we struggle. Sit down, take a few minutes, and see what God will do!
Leadership principle #101, Maintain a Strong Devotional Life. I don’t know anything more important in the Christian life than our time with the Lord. We lead out of what He shows us in our time with Him. Listen in this week for some encouragement.
