Most serve money as the "there" place to get to. Once one has enough, one is "successful." Yet we've all seen the emptiness of many who have plenty of stuff. Instead of starting from the outside-in, maybe it's time to switch it up and make it an inside job by using our life experiences to find the work we love doing because it's who we are.

Basically, when we do work that expresses who we are--our cumulative experiences good and bad--we are fulfilled and successful.

There are those who would say I'm delusional and know nothing of success. So be it. I'm happy and I have more than enough outside AND on the inside. It's called personal POWER.
