• Sense of suspended animation, like in meditation  

• Things generally go as expected; and when they don't, you're not anxious.  

• Fewer extraneous, racing thoughts. Beta mode reduced. 

• Increased presence, aware of the Now. 

• More compassion,  less judgment  

• Begin to see life on Earth more as a school - a videogame - a Matrix 

• You tune your environment to a new frequency,  because you are a tuning fork.
