Taking our bodies back from the exploitative nature of capitalism is important to me. Being advocates for ourselves is what I discuss in this episode. I share personal events in my life that caused me to shift drastically into a space where I advocate more for my mental and physical health professionally. I share what caused me to really begin deprogramming, unlearning, and moving towards freedom of mind and and body.

TRIGGER WARNING: At the 5:40 mark I begin speaking about miscarriage and child loss. If you would like to skip, you may begin listening again at 8:40.
