Tabitha Bird is the author of A Lifetime Of Impossible Days and The Emporium Of Imagination. Both beautiful stories of magical realism that I have just loved. I think for me she'll always be one of those auto buy authors that you just know you are in safe hands with.  I was so glad to speak with her just recently (no more lags between conversations and episodes for me!) regarding her novels.
