I had a great time talking with Jamie Truax (@calorieqween). I really like how Jamie explained how she hasn't tracked any calorie. We even joked since her Ig name is @calorieqween. I like how she doesn't track calories. It shows you have to understand yourself and what you need to do to succeed. Some might need more data, others don't. When I asked her about how she felt about her whole weight loss she said I am "proud I can stick with a goal." I totally agree. It's hard to find things that we want to do and stick with for either months or years. Health, if you value it, is something you can stick with and constantly improve for the remainder of your life. Not to mention it also makes you feel good with zero regret. When I asked her about advice for people who are thinking about weight loss she said make "small changes." This is the best advice because it is 100% true. Starting small and building consistency is much more important than starting big and quitting soon. She also said "it takes time" and that you need to be "patient." This is also fantastic advice. Be patient, enjoy the process! Thank you Jamie for taking the time.
