when we want promotion from God it doesn't come from us just doing the bare minimum we have to go above and beyond the normal duty. we have to do more than everyone else. If we show God that you can be faithful over few He will make you ruler over many. Lets Us Do things with a spirit of excellence as if we are doing everything for The Lord
