One of the largest mistakes coaches, consultants, therapists, and healers make when they make the jump from a brick and mortar business to an online business or when they are just starting out their business is to not ask the fundamental business questions that would be required if they were creating a traditional business plan.

The foundations of a business plan turn into the foundations of a solid business. That is why business plans have always been a part of starting more traditional businesses. However, there is so much noise in the marketplace that it leads entrepreneurs that are pivoting from one business model to another to think there is a magic bullet, and that bullet doesn’t involve revisiting their plan. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

A business must be started, maintained, and grown with a few fundamentals in place that are just not negotiable – no matter what the latest get rich quick scheme suggests. In the last CORE Coaching RAW podcast, we address one of the four pillars of effective business foundations: The WHAT. What results will your clients and customers achieve?
