Some wear the coat of honor like a badge of wealth Some tear the coat of honor like a bridge of death
Heaps of treasures, cannot save mankind at the end Heaps of pleasures, cannot save mankind at the end Heaps of insurances, cannot save mankind at the end
A storehouse of wisdom and understanding is foolproof Even in the days of pain or struggle there’s a leap of hope In those who beget understanding and wisdom As they will suffer less

I speak restoration onto things that are stolen
I speak revival onto things that are destroyed
The enemy came only to steal, kill and destroy,
But the Lord came, that we may have life
And life in boundless abundance.
Life brings everything that the enemy killed
Restoration is the restitution of everything stolen
Revival brings back what the enemy destroyed
God hates death, for there's eternal life in Him
God's favor puts back our blessings in us

We are loved through our past mistakes
We are taken care of, even when we don't deserve it

Why would I stand as if I am crushed?
What made me lose faith so quickly?
One moment I was moving like there is no mind
But in a storm, all I could see was the wind
I never paid it too much heart in the heat of the day
But as soon as I was in a storm, all I saw was the harshness
Little did I know that trouble was approaching
When I stood beside the Lord in the whirlwind.
But when He was resting, I chose to be restless and I panicked
Like I had no confidence in His assurance to safe me
The ship could sink, and I would drown without His consent
Little did I think of the Lord when He was resting on a cushion
I was more concerned about my own life, I never thought that
My head would stay above the water, if the boat folded into the sea
Therefore, I still can’t see passed my own illusions, I still fade to fear
Oh no, what do my feelings say?
Oh no, what do my instincts say?
Oh no, that gut locater seems to be off today
I can’t look to the past for the lessons of how to hope in faith
I didn’t look to the One who said
‘I will never forsake you, nor leave you’
Why won’t you believe that He won’t leave you standing in the storm
Or drown to your demise
Even if you do drown
How about believing that all things work together for our good
Especially, for those who trust in the Lord when the storm is raging on
Life is given by the Lord; men think they can take what belongs to Elohim
But God restores the joy not because we have what we lost now
But simply because, we now understand and accept His wisdom.
Rejoice oh faithful servant
Rejoice child of God
Believe in His promises
Yes, and Amen.

Ensnared to the mischief of our own desires

We fail to see the fall of taking in everything

It takes being broken brothers to know that love is lost
We stand on the accord of what we hate the most
To know that something is missing from us
No one knows how to sing along to the rain
It always moves to its own melody,
yet special to all of us
My love language changed when I didn’t get my way
I stood at the brink of dying, because I forgot God’s beatitudes
Even if I never get to be who I thought I would be,
I can’t lose hope in the main purpose of loving others
I can’t reflect God’s ways, if I stick to being right in me
Giving up a seat at the table is not punishment in any way
To say, ‘you love', it must always partner up with your actions
To submit your ways is a sign of humility, because you know
That giving up your agenda is how you surrender to God’s ways
When you move without your specifications and demands,
You learn compassion and peace speaks, you passed love for all
When you surrender all to God, you forgive all in kindness as you fall
When the building crumbles, there is no harbour of hate in sight of us

In this day, I am grateful that I can persist once again
Even if there’s no warmth felt in anything, I do gain
Something that can’t be touched by the naked eye
As I see what I never thought could be, I still try
Yesterday was terrible to put any confidence in
Tomorrow, that might never be seen within my grasp
Today is what I can put something in, without sinking in,
Even if I never know what the outcome is, I still endure
Now is the time to take hold of dreams that died
With the ashes that made me quiver when I fell
It’s not that I didn’t try, but it’s the intimacy
Of rolling the course longer than the crash of a trial
How do you stay in a position of hope, when all fails?
No one can dictate what we can hope for in our day
It’s a choice we make when we remain very gracious,
From the hardest knock to our goals from the unknown
Every Word that God speaks is an action
Nothing can be refuted if it’s said by God
The confirmation of it is an affirmation for us,
But the prevention of punishment from happening is
Forgiveness for those who heed God’s precious Word.
How does faith await those who are keen to move by it?
Listen to the voice crying out in the wilderness,
For the One who is for us is greater than all.
In Christ Jesus I am redeemed
No weapon conspiring against me shall prevail
I stand on the brink of hopelessness and shout,
“God is with me!”
The love endures when I am about to give up in dismay
The Word echoes in my mind and inspires me to motion forward
We stand according to His Word
We withstand everything according to His grace
We stand in His Word, only by hearing it, in faithfulness
