Just because a child has no real responsibilities doesn't mean they don't walk around carrying burdens. God said too many kids are being bullied, taking advantage of, black mailed, abducted, and sexually assulted. It has to stop with our declarations. We must continue to pray casting down every demonic plan set up against them so it shall not and will not come to past.
