All of us have opportunities to become discouraged and in this week’s teaching we talk about how to encourage ourselves in the Lord just like David did when Saul was chasing him down in order to kill him. No matter what we are facing in our lives we need to realize that God has given us the resources to keep ourselves strong and encouraged each and every day.
