Jesse is a foster child .. well, he was. He’s grown up now, but he still lives with his foster parents. He calls them Mum and Dad. It’s worked out incredibly well for him. He’s now part of a program called HomeStretch, which aims to convince governments to extend foster care past the age of eighteen, so foster kids, like other kids, can study at university and still live and home, with assistance for the people who love them.
