Age of diplomacy and stratagem is passing swiftly. People will grasp sahaj Marg philosophy surely.
We have to digest the spiritual power which Babuji showers on us. Instead of analysing we have to digest. Spirituality is an ocean, we should be like Agatsya muni to drink it.
We are faced with difficulties in life. Babuji says if we surrender to the will of God, we will be able to deal with difficulties easily. We can taste the nectar of real life by remaining steady and composed and surrender to the will of God.
Babuji says we should write about our condition in diary. When we are attentive to our condition, anubhav or experience develops. Concentration is divine instrument for revelation.
Devotion is obtained by constant remembrance. It makes our passage smooth and creates a channel for Godly current to flow into the heart. It removes conflicting ideas and worries. Devotion and love is difficult to achieve but all should try. Self surrender to Babuji without awareness of it is highest devotion. Only a rare personality like Babuji had such devotion for Lalaji. We should try to have such love and devotion for Babuji.
A true devotee is one who loves Babuji not for any favour or worldly interest but merely for love's sake. Everything that Babuji has flows to devotee and we go near Babuji. We remain unattached to everyone else.
The destructive eye which is generally associated with lord Shiva, is situated in the back portion of head in occipital prominence below the central region.Lord Krishna had kept the destructive eye open for 18 days during Mahabharat war to destroy evil forces.Nature has assigned Babuji to protect environment and destroy evil.
We must destroy lobha or covetousness and moha or undue attachment as these are our creation. We must modify anger and passion as these are God 's creation.World is rushing towards destruction with headlong speed as people are misusing the powers given by God and creating mess. Lord Rama' s war against Rawan, Noah's flood and battle of Mahabharata are some instances . We should be courageous and not go against nature or environment.
Destination or God realisation or oneness with God or our true home is beyond religion, spirituality, reality and bliss. It is to be experienced. This is the goal of human life.
We should have iron will to achieve our goal which is complete oneness with God. We should not feel we cannot achieve the goal. The goal is simple and within our reach.
If we are deprived of all things necessary for worldly life and in it's place inner life which is worth having is given to us, we are in no way losers.
Babuji cannot infuse Godly force UpTo highest degree all at once due to abhyasi's deficiency.
When the impressions of the past become very active, then nature brings death as a pause for rest, so that one may be fresh in the next life to undergo the results of action.
Playing within yourself in your own character, touching your own corner, being absent to senses. This is temporary condition.
Wrong habits shall drop down like dead leaves if we have adopted right course for realization and have intense longing for it.
Seeing presence of Divine force everywhere and in all things. This is first step towards the Divine.
Don't remain entangled within the charms and attractions of this outer covering, the physical body.
It arises due to mis-conception with which God has become loaded in course of the history of various cultural groups of humanity.
Conscience is made of Manas, mind, buddhi intellect, chitta consciousness and ahankar egoism. All these have to be purified and balanced to make conscience as our guru.
When flow of thought is spontaneous it is effortless and closely similar to the state commonly known as concentration or absorption or real state.
The real problem according to Babuji is not proving or disproving the existence of God but that of defining it in adequate and satisfactory way.
Consciousness is the root cause of life. The body consciousness and the soul consciousness must both necessarily go away.
Conscience is made of Manas, buddhi, Chitra, ahankar. Unless all these are purified conscience can't be Guru.
We should March on the path of realization like a brave soldier with full faith and confidence in ourselves and our Babuji.
End of passion and desire inspite of having thousands of desires. Forgetfulness in love of Master.
We have to get absorbed in Divine light without minding the implications of the word concentration.
O MASTER! THOU ART THE REAL GOAL OF HUMAN LIFE; WE ARE YET BUT SLAVES OF WISHES, PUTTING BAR TO OUR ADVANCEMENT. THOU ART THE ONLY GOD AND POWER, TO BRING US UP TO THAT STAGE.
At bedtime feeling the presence of God, repent for the wrongs committed. Beg forgiveness in a supplicant mood, resolving not to allow the repetition of the same.
Be happy to eat in constant divine thought whatever you get, with due regard to honest and pious earnings.
Be not revengeful for the wrongs done by others. Take them with gratitude as heavenly gifts.
Fix your goal which should be complete oneness with God. Rest not till the ideal is achieved.
Begin your Puja with a prayer for spiritual elevation with a heart full of love and devotion.
Rise before dawn. Offer your prayer and puja at a fixed hour preferbly before sunrise, sitting in one and the same pose. Have a separate please and seat for worship. Purity of mind and body must be specially adhered to.
Importance of right Guru, cleaning of man, buddhi, chit and ahankar. Importance of giving right suggestions to our heart for controlling thoughts.

"God is the real Guru and we get light from Him alone" Says Babuji. Babuji is our Guru because He is selfless, loving, has the power of transmission and has access upto farthest possible limit (God).
Renunciation, moderation, calm and peaceful mind, sadhana with restlessness to reach goal,faith, confidence ,surrender and love for Babuji is the only way to reach the highest goal or Real goal of human life.
Babuji says universal brotherhood which is the basis of religion is lost in present day religion. So it has become a barrier to God.
The condition which prevails at all times is not realised due to colourlessness. In that condition Babuji indulges in all worldly and spiritual activities.
The simple unassuming character of mind has changed with the march of times and has assumed a colorful disposition, and begun to shed it's effect on everything in us, both outer and inner.
In the evening, sit in the same posture ,for at least half an hour and think that the complexities, the net work of your previous thoughts and grossness and solidity in your constitution are all melting away or are evaporating in form of smoke from your back side.
The origin or end of a circle cannot be determined as each centre of a circle is another smaller circle.
Chit-lake is a place where everything remains inclined downwards and only with Master's power it resumes upward tendency.
One must speak only what is right before children even if they don't know language and can't understand. The suggestions of parents and others forms their character.
Drastic changes will come in to effect and a new structure of the world will be quite different from the one we see today.
The form of gross identity gets finer and subtler to the last possible limit, which is near most to centre or real condition or Bhuma, or Ultimate or God in absolute state.
After crossing the mind region ( i.e. region of ego , 16th circle) we enter central region. There we find 7 rings of splendor. When a push from the mind region is given by Babuji, we enter central region.
Babuji says that He is burning with an eager desire to see every abhyasi having the taste of conditions at every point. The fire of love and devotion in an abhyasi burns down trivial trash, and wins the gold from dross.
In our spiritual march we proceed from point to point crossing over from one to another after covering the intervening spaces known as buffers. With the help of worthy Master like Babuji, the stay at these points is reduced, saving lot of time and energy.
When abhyasi enters central region with complete devotion and faith in Master, it begins to open automatically.
Just as children born of same mother are related to each other in the same way, all are bound together by the same common tie of brotherliness and are related to each other.
One who, passing through the pind desh , has stepped in to Brahmanda mandal shall not return to this earth for rebirth.
If a man finishes the basis of doubt, then the will becomes supremely potent. One should remove grossness and go on dwelling in subtler conditions.
At occipital prominence we begin to experience a changeless condition which in other words means brahmagati or the state of divine. It's competition means we have crossed the seven rings of so called light.
The creator is Brahman. The function of Brahm covers the entire universe while Jobs is confined to self.
The thought is the arrow and bow is the heart. Application of force is Master's support. By meditation the conciousness of body drops off and the very thing remains which we call "ELAN VITAL" or the life force.
Man possess body and soul. Both have their importance, and man is duty bound to take due cognizance of both of them.
People do not worship God in any form, but worship only form. This is greatest blunder.
Babuji says " the heart has felt the pleasure of that condition ( bliss) after becoming pleasureless".
Man is a bipolar being. If individual mind gets moulded towards cosmic mind, it begins to appear in it's true colour.
Bhuma, God in His absolute state, may be said to be a sphere of light or power and which allows none to stay within it.
The abhyasi himself works in removing intensity and the force of Master too helps the abhyasi in his efforts to fry them to a great extent.
If abhyasi thinks of God to be beloved and in the long run abhyasi becomes beloved and God the lover.
People are attracted by the charming effect of the condition of Bhakta and like to remain entangled in it forever.
Our belongings of sanskaras(impressions), Maya and egoism have to be renounced to grow lighter at every step. Let Master mould us as He likes.
All of us are like beggars at the Master's door, having a begging bowl in hand ( heart), which Master readily fills. We should make ourselves empty so that the bowl may be filled up by Master's Grace.
Beej-dagdh (frying seed). While having the physical body intact, they begin to feel dead and gone.
"When there was nothing, God was there. Had I not become this, i would have become God. This "becoming" has ruined me. What would have happened had I not been"
Baser practices of mesmerism and hypnotism etc, cause heaviness, exhaustion and dullness on the mind and physique.
Barking of dog refers to the unregulated activities of mind and the indriyas which can easily be set right by meditation and rememberence.
We have now simply to unfold ourselves and to restore the balance of our own which we have lost.
We start from Avidya (ignorance) and pass through Vidya (knowledge) on to that (tam) which is beyond both.
The Avatars came down for a definite purpose endowed with all necessary power required for the accomplishment of work alloted to them.
Esctatic . It referes to a person who is afflicted by a peculiar type of insanity. In our system this dangerous situation is avoided.
It is absolutely necessary to select one of highest attainment as our Guru as we attain the corresponding elevation.
The state of Nishkamakarma was transmitted to Arjuna, by which he rose to higher conciousness. The state of Atman described in Bhagavad Gita is further clarification of the same point.
When one acquires anubhava Shakti ( feeling powers) of the finest type , he can realise the true state of life hereafter.
Anahat is the music of spheres. There is sound ever present eternally which is not heard except by those who, by divine grace, have developed perception.
For a child, it is toys; for a worshipper practices and sadhana; for a Bhakta, emotional love; for a realized soul realization and merging; and for one perfect, his state of ignorance.
God is described generally as having all power. We call Him 'Almighty' because we have some force within us which we think to be a part of big power.
Physical ailment is really meant for the cure of spiritual diseases. One proceeding in proper manner will find his spiritual condition much improved by effect of illness.
If you submit yourself to a guru with ahamkara, you are sure to inherit, the same feeling of pride, which is worst type of grossness and is sure to hamper your spiritual advancement.
Every abhyasi undergoes all these states during the course of his march, thou he may not be conciously aware of it.
As for afflictions and worries, I too had mine which might perhaps be shocking to another.
If you advance even one step onwards, I am over- zealous to advance four steps towards you.
We should admire the Being who bought universe in to existence . But When? Only when you know the Real Being in His Real State.
Adiguru Lalaji, Shri Ram Chandra of Fatehgarh asserted that one can, for sure, attain liberation in this very life, provided one is earnest about it and has fortune of proper guide.
The activity and inactivity, the two opposites came to our view. When the first state of activity came to our view, it seemed to be quite akin to the state of motionlessness.
A man loving his Master devotedly dedicates his everything to His charge and absorbing himself in the Master in to shall ever see the same thing all within and around.
In the state of Absolute, every particle of the body gets transformed in to energy. He becomes an instrument of nature.
