When I first started to build a consultancy over 5 years ago, my first and only motivation was freedom.
π The freedom to BE who I wanted to be
πThe freedom to DIRECT MY BUSINESS & MY LIFE

πThe freedom TO LIVE!
Quite simply, that was my mission.
Up until then, my life was so restricted.
Working all of the day out my home....
Bringing an INSANE volume of work home with me on top of that
Not being compensated for any added value (let's be honest, this is the reality of the lives of most employees, not the fault of our managers... they're just carrying out their own boss' orders, right?)
