She has worked in the financial, automotive, chemical, and educational sectors, and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Human Resources at Laureate Education, an American, publicly-listed multinational in the higher education sector. Marcela holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration, and is a certified Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR-HRCI).
