When I met Shannon a Scottish champion kick boxer she was 17 and injured, hated everything about herself she couldn't understand why her life wasn't like the people she seen on T.V this turned into her resenting people, binge drinking, emotional eating and burying her head in the sand. She wanted to go to the navy to escape life, our first steps were getting her to pass her driving test she then completely changed career found love for herself and is well on the road to success.
