Irwin Gratz is an award-winning journalist, Morning Edition Producer & Host for Maine Public Radio, former president of the Society of Professional Journalists, former chairman of the Maine Association of Broadcasters, and holds a Masters in Journalism from NYU. In this final episode for 2020, Irwin and Eric discuss the importance of journalism in today's world. On the subject of people going to only one or two different outlets for their news, Irwin says, "You really should sample other sources [of news]. That's part of being a well-informed citizen."
