In this episode we will be delving into how we can start to let go of overthinking and instead start furthering our ability to pay attention in the present and cultivate the grounding attitude with four simple steps while also looking at gratitude. I will share some words of wisdom from my favorite mindfulness guru’s and take you through a guided meditation. Challenge: Today I would like to challenge you to add to your daily reflection journal, write down three things from your day today that you are grateful for. Try to be as specific as you can about what it is and why you feel grateful. If you continue with this practice, try to vary what you write every day as this has been shown as having a greater effect.
