She comes with 10 years of practising experience in counselling, psychotherapy and health care services. She has published several research papers in national and international conferences. Her primary focus for work is on mind-body integration. She is working as Consultant Psychotherapist at various institutions and works as a Ceo at "Unwind Central". She has completed her education in BSc, M.Sc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, M.Phil. in Psychology.
