Confidence is built when we allow ourselves to be fully seen.
What does that look like?
Our childhood experiences translate into our adult expression—so many of us keep parts of ourselves locked away; the parts that were deemed ‘bad’, or ‘annoying’. This can stop us from truly living the life we feel called to, in case we are ‘too much’, ‘too annoying’, or called ‘selfish’.
So how do we build our core confidence, as adults, to show up as our whole authentic selves?
