Sarah attended Boston College on an ROTC scholarship and graduated in 2014. After graduation, she started her career in the US Army in an operations unit in Colorado. She then served on Counter Intelligence teams in Washington DC and on an extended deployment in Iraq.

Deployment was one of her two goals for her military career along from being a Company Commander. Sarah accomplished both of these goals and we talk about the traits of successful military leaders and how those skills transfer into the business world. We also talk about the military lifestyle, her experience as a woman in the military, and overcoming imposter syndrome as the youngest in the room at any job.
