It is an evil under the sun that the God we profess with our lips is not reflected in our characters. Let 2024 be the year we change!
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.- 2nd Timothy 3:16-17
1st Samuel 30:6 ——- And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
Thus says the LORD: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’- Jeremiah 6:16
Let’s journey back to God. He has never left us, let’s go back to the one who loves our souls.
Where do you go when it seems you are isolated from God? Sit in the silence with the one who loves your soul and find the God who never leaves.
