With the help of Jason Nolastname, there's a chance. He's the hunky handyman come to the small town to take care an ailing grandparent. The house has a gargoyle out front and a well-known rumor for being very haunted.
Rosie and Jason work to make the house a success and along the way find out that the holidays are about more than a large following. Along the way they break some floor boards, meet some ghosts, and make quite a stir at the town festival.
