Janet has a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Masters Degree for Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business. She has worked for a major airline and has also owned her own jewelry business. Janet has traveled the world and enjoys meeting people from around the world and learning their cultures. Janet has sold real estate in Charlotte, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, Dallas and the Tampa Bay/Sarasota areas. Her dedication to her clients are her top priority, but she finds ways to give to back her community and charities.

In the last year, she has sold 313 homes. Janet specializes in EB-5 visa customers from China. This program allows for permanent residence, not citizenship, with $1 million in real estate purchases. She is involved with the American Cancer Society as well as the Children's Cancer Center. Janet is a sponsor and committee member for Wine, Women and Shoes and a sponsor of Successful Jocks a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Athletes. She was a sponsor for the Cattle Baron's Ball. Janet enjoys spending time with her husband and their two English Bulldogs. She loves traveling, arts & theater, music, outdoors, sailing and cooking (Husband is a professional chef). Janet is fluent in Chinese - Cantonese and Mandarin.
