THE MAN WITH THE WOMB

I’m the bride of the groom;
Woman, the man with the womb.
You plant the vision and I
carry the dream;
Together we’re an awesome team!

We touch each other everyday.
I support you as you go your way.
God formed me from the side of man;
Walking beside you is His plan.

As you understand the value of me,
The song we play has harmony.
If the plug and socket don’t unite;
There is no power; there is no light!

I’m not a ball for you to kick
or a punching bag for you to hit.
I’m not a frisbee to be tossed about
or a can of trash to be put out.

I’m not a handful of worthless dirt;
A cute, fine figure in a short skirt.
There are gifts and talents hidden
in this ground;
Priceless treasure yet to be found!

I carry and birth visions for you;
Covenant involves the union of two.
Covenant outside of God won’t work;
It ‘s full of anger, confusion, and hurt!

“Be fruitful and multiply” God commands.
Satan comes to destroy God’s plan.
Sin infects the sea and land.
Sin reversed God’s original plan.

The seed is useless without the ground-
It’s like a concert band that has no sound.
Two seeds alone can produce no fruit.
The seed needs ground for its root.

Because of sin the ground was cursed;
Man lost his authority in the earth!
Death became a part of life;
Conflict was planted between
husband and wife.

Jesus Christ is who we need.
He reverses the curse of the ground and seed.
His love sets free what sin has bound.
His kingdom is filled with the lost and found.

MARRIAGE PRAYER

Lord, guide us in Your perfect way;
Order the steps we take each day.
“Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done"
By Your Spirit we flow as one!

May Your love consume us and never cease.
May our marriage be blessed with Your joy and peace!
May we speak Your truth and not a lie.
May we see every situation through Your eyes.

Use our gifts and abilities
to spread Your word and set souls free.
Your thoughts and ways have become our own.
We serve and worship You alone!

During dry and weary times
help us not to complain and whine.
Strengthen our souls to celebrate
and not be filled with doubt and hate.

As we do our Father’s business-
As we fast, pray and witness-
Surround us with Your loving arms
and protect us from all danger and harm.

In seasons of change as we grow,
Teach us what we need to know.
Teach us when to stop and go-
Teach us when to say “yes” or “no".

Prosper us to help those in need;
Show us where to plant our seed.
May our labor for You be not in vain.
Keep our minds focused and sane.

When death knocks and it’s time to depart,
Comfort our love ones in their hearts!
These things we pray in Jesus name.
These are the things we believe and claim.

"Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done"
By Your Spirit we flow as one.

Amen

His servant,
Sandra G. Williams

Instrumental Music: "Hear Me" Says Lord Jesus
by Jeseric Macaranas

Genesis 2:21 - 25 (NET) 21 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep, and while he was asleep, he took part of the man's side and closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the part he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. Then the man said, "This one at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; this one will be called 'woman,' for she was taken out of man." That is why a man leaves his father and mother and unites with his wife, and they become a new family. The man and his wife were both naked, but they were not ashamed.

Proverbs 18:22 (NET) 22 The one who finds a [godly] wife finds what is enjoyable, and receives a pleasurable gift from the LORD.

Proverbs 31:3 (NET) 3 Do not give your strength to [ungodly] women, nor your ways to that which ruins kings.

Proverbs 31:10 - 12 (NET) Who can find a wife of noble character? For her value is far more than rubies. The heart of her husband has confidence in her, and he has no lack of gain. She brings him good and not evil all the days of her life.
