My special guest Herman Jaramillo knows the deeper work well. As an Infinite Mindset Coach, he has worked with people on deep subjects, among them toxic relationships, addiction, and inner child work. In his many years of practice, Herman has helped people move beyond experiences of abuse and trauma, and he happily shares his insights and some of his stories on this episode of Decide to Transform.
As human beings, we crave acceptance. All the while, we judge ourselves as unworthy and hopelessly wounded, unloveable. This is where the shadow work comes in. Herman is an expert at guiding people through this darkness and out on the other side, where we realize that the past is not our fault, and the present is our personal responsibility.

Herman Jaramillo is an Infinite Mindset Coach specializing in entrepreneurs, toxic relationships, addiction, and inner child work. A lifelong entrepreneur himself, he started his first business selling lemonade at age eight.
Since going bankrupt in 2005, Herman found coaching first to understand, then change his life. After seeing the results he dedicated his life to studying different techniques like Angel Therapy, Psychic Mediumship, Addiction Therapy and several modalities of coaching to be of service to others in creating lifelong changes.
