Matt Hill is a passionate local cyclist who is campaigning for cyclists rights. I joined up with Matt the day before he left for the National Funeral for the Unknown Cyclist protest in London. Playing the Devils Advocate, I challenged Matt's views on the attitude and rights of cyclists compared to those of car drivers and should cyclists have licences.
