As we get into the holiday season, there's nothing more important than being with family. Please don't do anything that could deprive a family of being with those they love.

Dep. Jeff McElwain pulled David Ellis over in June of 2017. After more than 20 years of drinking and driving and getting his third DUI, David says that it was Dep. McElwain's traffic stop that finally put him on the right track.
